Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation. This is a seasonal job April-November. Pay based on experience. Experience and Skills: + Must be looking for a long-term career. + Must have extensive knowledge of earthwork operations, equipment, trucking and material transport. + Follow directions of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site. + Candidate should have strong work ethic. + Must be willing to work weekends and work overtime. + Clean MVR with no more than two moving violations in ten years. + Must pass a pre-employment drug screening per MDOT regulations. + Must have reliable transportation + Must be available to work on Saturday + Willing to work Overtime
