**Job Title: Construction Foreman** **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to organize and lead a crew in a safe and productive manner. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in heavy equipment operation and leadership abilities. **Responsibilities** + Organize and lead a crew in a safe and productive manner + Track production and complete paperwork daily + Maintain a clean and tidy job site + Lead by example and teach the crew along the way + Relay production goals to the crew and hold them accountable to meet them + Work closely with the Site Superintendent + Follow company policy and procedures **Essential Skills** + Amazing Heavy Equipment Operator (HEO) experience + Experience leading a crew + Great interpersonal skills + Ability to run multiple pieces of equipment (Dozer, Track Hoe, Grader) at the highest level + GPS (Trimble/TopCon) working experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience managing a heavy equipment operating crew **Why Work Here?** Overall great benefits and a family-owned and operated company.
