**CONSTRUCTION GENERAL LABORER** **Description:** If you're looking for a job ASAP and have experience with furniture assembly and installation, then this is the position for you! A leading company in La Vista, Nebraska, is looking for Construction General Laborers to join the team and assist with setting up desks, furniture, and storage solutions inside office buildings. The company is looking for laborers to start right away, so we will provide a rapid interview process to get you working as soon as possible! **Responsibilities:** + Set up desks, furniture, and storage solutions in office buildings. + Use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and tape measures. + Operate cordless drills for installation tasks. + Unload materials from trucks and transport them to the work area. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly and installation. **Essential Skills:** + 1+ years of experience using hand tools. + 2+ years of experience at a current or recent job. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with furniture assembly and installation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Experience in construction, general labor, or similar fields. + Foreman positions require 3+ years of construction experience. + Proficiency with power tools and equipment. + Experience in concrete, framing, carpentry, drywall, inventory, landscaping, door installation, and drilling. **Work Environment:** + Work hours are Monday to Friday with some Saturdays and Sundays required to meet client deadlines. + Typical workdays are 9-10 hours, starting between 5:30-7:00 AM and ending around 4-4:30 PM. Occasionally, later shifts may be necessary, which will be communicated 1-2 weeks in advance. Some travel to Des Moines may be required during slower periods in Omaha. **Pay:** + Pay is depending on experience ($18-21/hr) Apply right now and expect a call/text from Andrew.
