Construction General Laborer
**Job Title: Construction General Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Construction General Laborer to join our team. This role involves working from Monday to Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm, with guaranteed hours ranging from 3 to 8 hours a day. Your primary responsibilities will include loading, unloading, and preparing tools and materials, as well as assisting with various stages of construction projects. You will work closely with your crew to ensure efficient project completion while adhering to all health and safety guidelines. **Responsibilities** + Load, unload, and prepare any tools or materials used to complete the build. + Clear any trash, debris, or hazardous materials from the area to prep the site before construction begins. + Work with your crew through all stages of the project to ensure efficient job completion. + Assist tradespeople and heavy equipment workers with plumbing, electrical, roofing, and other trade work as needed. + Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and your team members. **Essential Skills** + Experience in construction and general labor. + Experience in janitorial work. + Basic carpentry skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Any janitorial experience is a plus. + Mechanically inclined. + No specific education required. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and become a part of a dynamic and supportive work environment. The dress code is appropriate construction attire, including safety gear as required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Savage, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
