This role requires mid-level to finish grade operators who are willing to get off the equipment when needed and help with manual labor tasks. You will be part of a team-oriented environment where everyone is expected to contribute to the project's success. This position offers the advantage of limited travel, allowing you to be home every night. **Responsibilities** + Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, track hoes, back hoes, excavators, motor graders, skid steers, and front-end loaders. + Assist with manual labor tasks including shoveling, trench work, loading, and unloading supplies and equipment. + Contribute to the overall team effort to complete projects efficiently and safely. + Perform fine grading tasks as needed. + Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe work environment. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience with heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, back hoes, and graders. + Experience in fine grading. + Ability to read blueprints. + Flexible availability, including overtime and possible weekends. + Reliability and punctuality. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + GPS experience is preferred. + Willingness to submit to a drug test. + Ability to work in various weather conditions. + Strong teamwork and communication skills. **Why Work Here?** We offer a team-oriented work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.
