Enjoy the unique opportunity to work near the beach every day! **Responsibilities** + Assist experienced glaziers in the installation of glass railings, windows, storefronts, and other structures. + Handle materials such as glass, aluminum, and other building materials. + Prepare and clean work areas, ensuring all tools and materials are ready for use. + Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. + Support the team in various tasks as needed to ensure project completion. **Essential Skills** + Experience in either glazing, window installation, drywall, lumber, or tile work. + Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting heavy materials and working at heights. + Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. + Basic understanding of construction safety practices. + Must live reasonably close to Malibu (Woodland Hills, Thousand Oaks, Westlake, Calabasas, Camarillo) and have reliable transportation. + Must speak Spanish. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with glass, mirrors, glazing, or window installation is a plus. + Skills in general labor, construction, installation, shower installation, drywall, stone, carpentry, and tile work. + Bilingual abilities are beneficial. **Why Work Here?** High performers have the potential to secure permanent employment.
