**Job Title: HVAC Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. As an entry-level installer, you will have the opportunity to work on residential new construction projects, installing HVAC systems in new homes. This role offers on-the-job training, and we are committed to helping you develop valuable construction and HVAC skills.
**Responsibilities**
+ Loading and unloading tools and materials at the construction site.
+ Measuring distances with a tape measure.
+ Using hand and power tools.
+ Fabricating or altering parts at construction sites using shears, hammers, punches, or drills.
+ Maintaining personal and company tools and equipment.
+ Utilizing mastic on ductwork.
+ Installing Flex Duct/Register Boots in building attics.
+ Performing other related tasks as required.
**Essential Skills**
+ Previous outdoor work experience and comfortability working in all weather environments.
+ Reliability and ability to drive directly to job sites each day.
+ Ability to use a tape measure and learn quickly to use one.
+ Willingness to learn construction skills and retain knowledge about HVAC.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Any HVAC experience is preferred, but not required.
+ Any relevant certifications are preferred, but not required.
+ Ability to take direction well from Project Manager.
+ Ability to work professionally with a crew on site.

**Work Environment**
You will be working on construction sites every day, joining a crew of 4-6 people. There is no need to report to the office; you will go directly to the site. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm, with optional Saturdays. Contractors must wear their own work boots and appropriate clothing. Steel toes are not required. All other personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, vests, gloves, glasses, and hearing protection will be provided.
