What You Will Do:

As Gannett Fleming continues to expand our client and project portfolio in the West Region, we are excited to identify an experienced Construction Inspector throughout the greater Seattle Area. 

This position is responsible for reporting directly to construction sites to observe and document contractor’s work conforms to contract requirements, maintaining project files/documentation, compiling and calculating quantities of work performed to be used in calculating monthly contractor payments, and interacting with clients on a regular basis.

Education and Licensing requirements

High School Degree

Training, Skills, Knowledge and/or experience 

Entry Level to 4 years Must possess a driver’s license to fulfill the essential functions of the position Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Good communication skills

Additional Notes

Other duties may be assigned as necessary. Work outdoors year-round and sometimes in difficult weather conditions. May be required to work in confined spaces. Travel to work sites for an extended period of time may be required. Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to independently travel and be physically present in the office or at a client site.
