**Your Impact**
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Provide daily site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications and codes, and maintain up-to-date project records and test reports.
+ Review construction quantities and verify for the installed quantity.
+ Inspect MOT Plans installed by contractor.
+ Perform Quality Assurance on the installed materials.
+ Act as the Owner’s agent with regards to the construction process.
+ Review progression of work to monitor and generally reconcile against construction schedule.
+ Read/Understand contractor submittals, request for information (RFI), change order requests, and as-built drawings and comments.
+ Communicate conditions and field conflicts/changes to Resident Inspector.
+ Interface with client and the contractor, while working with, and taking direction from the Resident Inspector.
+ Keep detailed records of contractor’s performance and progress.
+ Oversee/Track the technical submittal, shop drawing review and RFI process, with support of design lead.
+ Prepare daily construction log for all activities and project progress using the client’s software application/tool.
+ Assist the Resident Inspector with compiling data, for monthly reports.
+ Develop construction punch list
+ Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct, and related policies and procedures.
+ Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
**Who You Are**
Minimum Qualifications:
+ High-School Diploma
+ 3 years of experience in field inspection, or construction supervision earthwork, roads, utilities, infrastructure, paving, highways, bridges, ramps and/or pedestrian infrastructure projects that meets current Americans with Disabilities (ADA) standards).
+ **Familiarity with sidewalks, ADA ramps** . Educational familiarity is not applicable; only construction-based familiarity is valid.
+ Must possess knowledge and experience in ASTM, ACI, and other miscellaneous construction testing requirements, as well as knowledge in construction inspection procedures, and inspections methodologies, including the use of nuclear gauges, concrete sampling, and construction safety.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team to meet business objectives.
+ Solid knowledge of Oracle Contract Management (CM-14)/Oracle Unifier or e-Builder Must have good verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
+ OSHA 10 and E&S Certifications
+ Valid driver’s license.
+ Solid knowledge in MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
+ Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol, and harassment policies.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $25.34 - $34.85 /hour
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
