Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly qualified Construction Inspector with a minimum of 5 years of highway and/or bridge inspection experience. The ideal candidate will be NICET Level II, III, IV, or a registered Professional Engineer (PE). Recent experience with NYSDOT and/or Thruway projects is required. Proficiency with Site Manager is a plus.ResponsibilitiesConduct highway and bridge inspections.Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.Document and report inspection findings.Utilize Site Manager software to manage project data.Coordinate with project managers and construction teams.Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years of highway and/or bridge inspection experience.NICET Level II, III, IV, or registered PE.Recent NYSDOT and/or Thruway project experience.Proficiency with Site Manager.Additional Skills & QualificationsATSSA and ACI certifications.Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP, formerly NACE & SSPC) certifications.Formal training in Work Zone Traffic Control (WZTC).North-East Transportation Technician Certification Program (NETTCP) - Soils and Aggregate Inspector Certification.Valid driver's license.Work EnvironmentThis position is onsite in Buffalo.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
