The Summer Internship Program will begin on May 19, 2025 and conclude on August 15, 2025. Team Overview: Brookfield Residential is looking for single family housing Construction Management Intern in Dallas, Texas. As part of our Construction Internship Program, you will not only gain hands on experience managing the construction operations within a community, but you will also gain real world exposure to key business areas including Purchasing, Land Development, and various Corporate Functions. Qualifications: High School Diploma and current enrollment in college required with a concentration in Construction, GPA 3.0+ preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to use construction management program A keen interest in real estate and development. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player. A positive and can-do attitude. Ability to work 40 hours per week Monday – Friday. M ust possess reliable transportation.
