**Job Title: Laborer** **Job Description** MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE Work as a General Laborer at a Ready Mix Plant/Rock Quarry. Responsibilities include shoveling, cleaning, and other labor-intensive tasks, often performed outdoors. **Hard Skills** + Ability to operate shovels and other tools + Capability to work in hot and dusty environments + Experience working in a quarry or similar setting preferred **Soft Skills** + Strong work ethic + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Adaptability to changing weather conditions **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position. **Work Environment** 1st shift: 6:00am - 3:00pm (occasional Saturday work). Candidates must have steel toe boots. The work is outdoors in a rock quarry, which can be hot in the summer and dirty/dusty. Work continues in light rain but stops during heavy storms.
