We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Crane Operator and CDL Driver to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. **Job Summary:** The Crane Operator and CDL Driver will be responsible for operating various types of cranes and commercial vehicles to support construction and industrial projects. This role requires a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in crane operations, commercial driving, and equipment maintenance. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate a variety of cranes, including Tadano, Grove, Liebherr, and Link-Belt models, for construction and industrial projects. + Perform daily inspections and maintenance of cranes and other heavy equipment. + Drive and operate Class A and Class B CDL trucks, including flatbeds, dump trucks, and tankers, to transport materials and equipment. + Schedule and manage multiple drivers and equipment to meet customer needs. + Assist with the setup and teardown of crane equipment on job sites. + Conduct interviews, hiring, and training of new employees. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. + Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts used, and maintenance activities. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED; technical certificates in Industrial Electronics and Industrial Maintenance preferred. + Valid Class A CDL with endorsements for Tanker, Hazardous Materials, and Double/Triple Trailers preferred + Crane certification and extensive experience operating various crane models. + Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with hydraulic systems. + Ability to perform preventive and crisis maintenance on equipment. + Excellent organizational and communication skills. **Skills:** + Proficient in operating hydraulic and mechanical cranes. + Skilled in driving and operating various commercial vehicles. + Strong understanding of industrial maintenance and mechanical systems. + Ability to manage and schedule multiple drivers and equipment. + Experience with interviewing, hiring, and training employees. + Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. **Certifications and Licenses:** + CDL Class A preferred + NCCO Certification + Rough Terrain Cert + Hydro Crawler Cert + Swing or fix cab hydraulic **How to Apply:** Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter to (Contact Information).
