**Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for rebuilding egress windows and foundations, performing demolition of existing buildings, and receiving training on the installation of enclosures and drain pipes. **Responsibilities** + Rebuild egress windows and foundations + Demolish existing buildings + Install enclosures and drain pipes (training provided) + Operate power tools safely and effectively **Essential Skills** + Experience with general labor and construction + Proficiency in using power tools + Must have a valid Driver's License **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Outdoor work experience preferred (e.g., construction, lawn care, landscaping, concrete) + Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive team with opportunities for growth and development. The workday starts between 6:30 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. and ends around 5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Extended hours are expected during the peak summer season.
