Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. Our company is the leading provider of temporary liquid handling solutions, including pumps, tanks, filtration, and spill containment. Our projects range from flood relief to construction site dewatering, sewer bypasses, and industrial plant turnarounds. The role involves installing, inspecting, repairing, and servicing piping and filtration systems at various job sites.

ResponsibilitiesMeet at the shop in the morning and assist with loading/unloading of materials and equipment.Travel with a crew to different commercial job sites and perform industrial installation and service.Assemble and secure pipes, fittings, and related equipment.Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipelines using pressure gauge, hydrostatic testing, observation, or other methods.Load, secure, unload materials and equipment, ensuring safety and functionality at customer sites.Track and maintain company tools and supplies.Use hand and power tools to modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, units, fittings, pumps, and related machines and equipment.Essential SkillsExperience in construction, hand tools, power tools, and general labor.Ability to use a tape measure accurately.Experience with assembly and reading blueprints.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a craft or mechanical trade is preferred.OSHA10 certification.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The role involves meeting at the shop in the morning and traveling to different construction and industrial sites. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors and in industrial environments, which may include dirty conditions such as sewage bypasses. The location covers from Marana up to Flagstaff. Employees will not need to drive their own vehicles. If out-of-town stay is required, per diem will be provided. The start time is between 4am-6am, depending on the job location. The work schedule typically includes 40-hour work weeks with occasional overtime, and no weekends.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chandler, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00
