Our client in the Kansas City, MO, area is seeking a dedicated Building Construction Laborer to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals with a good background in construction, a solid understanding of carpentry, and a keen eye for detail. The Building Construction Laborer will play a key role in maintaining and improving the company’s facilities by working on tasks such as concrete correction, window replacement, and office repairs. Candidates should be prepared to handle physically demanding tasks, including carrying up to 50 pounds, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Day-to-Day:

Assemble building units using uprights and tin sheets.Perform concrete correction, including boring holes and sealing.Conduct window replacements as needed.Paint, scrape, and seal surfaces.Build and repair offices within the facility.Complete cleaning duties to maintain a safe and orderly work environment.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.Familiarity with carpentry techniques and tools.Proficiency in tasks such as painting, scraping, and sealing.Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Pay-Rate/Shifts:

$16.00 to $18.00 per hourMonday to Friday7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
