**Job Title: Laborer**
**Job Description**
This individual will be responsible for general labor work to ensure the facility and working areas are clean, all conveyors are properly greased/oiled, and any spills are cleaned up. The role involves ensuring all materials are correctly located and stocked, utilizing a 5-yard bucket loader. Additionally, the individual will perform basic preventative maintenance, such as greasing conveyor belts, cleaning filters, and occasionally performing lockout tagout procedures on equipment. Safety is mandatory and expected for this position. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for rapid advancement to leadership roles.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure facility and working areas are clean.
+ Grease/oil conveyors and clean up spills.
+ Ensure all material piles are in correct locations and stocked.
+ Operate a 5-yard bucket loader.
+ Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
+ Ensure conveyor belts are greased and filters are clean.
+ Perform lockout tagout procedures when working on equipment.
+ Adhere to safety protocols at all times.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Construction, Landscaping, or Farming experience.
+ 1+ years of relevant experience.
+ Experience working outside.
+ Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. independently.
+ Loader and/or skid steer experience (preferred)
+ OSHA Training (preferred)

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mooresville, Indiana.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00
