**CONSTRUCTION LABORER** **Description:** If you're looking for a job ASAP and have experience in construction, then this is the position for you! A leading construction company is looking for construction laborers to join the team and assist with various tasks to support our operations, including site cleanup, shoveling sand, and assisting painters and sandblasters. The company is looking for laborers to start right away, so we will provide a rapid interview process to get you working as soon as possible! **Responsibilities:** + Perform site cleanup and ensure the work area is safe and organized. + Shovel sand and other materials as required. + Assist painters and sandblasters with their tasks. + Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times. + Operate basic hand tools and equipment. + Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. **Essential Skills:** + General labor and construction experience. + Ability to operate hand tools and power tools. + Capability to read a tape measure accurately. + Strong attention to detail and safety. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + 2+ years of construction experience. + Live within 30 minutes of Hastings, NE. + Valid Driver's License. **Experience Level:** Entry Level **Location:** Meet at the shop daily and travel to job sites in a company van. **Pay / Shift:** + $18 - $21/hr + Monday-Friday: 48 hours per week, no weekend work **Apply right now and expect a call/text from Andrew.
