**Job Title: Construction Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. You will perform various tasks related to the remodel of old trailers. This includes tear out, finish carpentry, trim work, painting, basic drywall/sheetrock work, laying carpet and tile, and basic plumbing finishing. Additional make-ready duties for the trailer will be assigned as needed. **Responsibilities** + Tear out old trailers in preparation for remodel + Perform finish carpentry, including trim, doors, and windows + Paint and complete basic drywall/sheetrock work + Lay carpet and tile + Complete basic finishing of plumbing accessories + Perform other make-ready duties for trailers as assigned **Essential Skills** + Experience in construction + Carpentry experience preferred + Ability to lift 50 pounds + Proficiency with hand tools + Knowledge of construction, framing, drywall, carpentry, painting, sheetrock, finish carpentry, trim work, and flooring **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred + Experience in other trades will be considered **Why Work Here?** Join a team-oriented environment where everyone is committed to getting the job done. Expect hot conditions in the summer and cold in the winter. The dress code is flexible – wear anything you don't mind getting dirty. The team consists of about five employees, and the culture is centered on completing tasks efficiently. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. There may be occasional after-hours work and Saturday shifts, but rarely on Sundays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olive Branch, Mississippi. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
