Job Description

Our team is currently hiring for employees actively interested in learning skilled construction trades!

You will begin as a construction laborer, working with skilled workers, to learn to use various hand and power tools, build forms, pour concrete, and complete masonry projects. We also offer a NYS Apprenticeship Program to help employees become certified apprentices.

Enjoy excellent benefits, including medical, vision, dental, and yearly pay reviews with merit-based increases. We are a STEP Safety Certified Contractor, and safety is our top priority. Schedule consists of Monday through Friday hours starting at 7am with overtime as needed.

ResponsibilitiesAssist skilled employees with various projects using hand and power tools.Set up materials and forms following blueprints and work instructions.Help pour concrete and assist with masonry projects.Organize and clean up the job site by moving materials.Recommended SkillsPrevious general labor or construction experience; interest in learning a trade is also preferred.Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical aptitude.Carpentry skills beneficial.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
