Responsibilities:
Handle a variety of construction litigation matters, including lien disputes, bond claims, and schedule delays.Conduct thorough legal research and writing to support case strategies.Draft discovery requests and responses, analyze construction contracts, and participate in deposition taking as needed.Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in Washington state.2+ years of experience practicing law, ideally focusing on construction litigation although not a must.Proficiency in legal research, writing, and e-discovery.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, demonstrating a passion for excellent client service.Why Apply:
