Beacon Hill Legal is immediately seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Legal Assistant for a wonderful law firm client located in Nashville, TN.

Applicants must have the following experience:

3+ years of experience providing legal support for a construction litigation group, preferably from a mid-size or large law firmStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-taskOpen and maintaining client filesTime entry and billing mattersMonitoring and deadlinesTravel arrangement and expense reportsDrafting and preparing legal documentsPreparing conflicts checksProficient with MS Office Suite, Adobe, NetDocsE-FilingSchedulingExcellent communication skills to correspond with attorneys and clientsTeam player attitude

Ability to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
