THE ROLE
Due to the ongoing success of the construction team, we have two new vacancies for a Construction Solicitors 1+ PQE and the other at c 4+ PQE to join a busy and growing construction disputes team based in the home counties.
The roles will be mainly contentious but may include some non contentious construction work
Core work areas will cover; handling claims involving defective works, claims arising out of payment applications (both interim and final), issues surrounding delay including claims for extensions of time, loss and expense and liquidated damages.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will have a solid construction law background having worked for a leading law firm or similar
Candidates with High Court, Technology and Construction Court and/or mediation and adjudication experience would be of particular interest.
