Construction Manager- Dublin 

To €90,000 DOE + Excellent Rotation + Living Allowance + Accommodation  

We are partnered with a leading Construction & Engineering contractor in Europe, delivering complex projects across various sectors that exceed client expectations, contribute to community development, and uphold the values of integrity, innovation, and excellence is now looking for a seasoned Construction Manager. As a Construction Manager you will manage all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion including managing resources, schedules, budgets, and ensuring all work complies with health, safety, and quality standards.  

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:    

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets in coordination with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives and specifications are met.  

Oversee & manage the entire construction process, ensuring projects are completed according to design, schedule, and budget.  

Lead the on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards.  

Supervise site managers, foremen, sub-contractors, and other site staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure that all team members are clear on their roles, providing guidance and resolving any issues that arise.  

Carry out regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any potential problems.  

Prepare and manage resource allocation, ensuring effective use of resources, monitor project expenditures and identify cost saving opportunities.  

Prepare and submit accurate financial & development reports/documentations to senior management.  

Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring all work is performed according to contractual terms and conditions, addressing any contractual disputes or claims that arise during the project execution.  

Carry out regular safety audits and training sessions, ensuring all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations and all necessary permits and licences are obtained for the project.  

Review and approve completed work to ensure it meets specifications and high-quality standards of workmanship and materials throughout the project, addressing any quality issues effectively in coordination with BCAR.  

Degree/qualifications in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management or related field.  

4+ years of accomplishments in Mechanical Construction Management role within construction. 

Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results within budget and schedule.  

Strong knowledge of project execution in the high purity process, procedures, welding, and purging.  

Effective verbal & written communication and problem-solving skills.  

Proficiency in project management software and tools.
