JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage day-to-day operations of the project site and ensure work is being completed per contractual agreements. Oversee the work of the EPC contractor to ensure the project meets the agreed-upon quality, safety, and environmental standards. Continuously monitor the progress of the EPC contractor, ensuring adherence to project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Evaluate contractor performance and provide corrective action plans as necessary to keep the project on track. Provide detailed monthly reports to the employer on project status, including technical, financial, and schedule performance. Prepare and present progress reports at regular intervals, highlighting any risks or challenges encountered on-site and proposed mitigation measures. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field. Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing construction or engineering projects, preferably within the solar PV or renewable energy sector. Previous experience working on EPC contracts and overseeing contractors on-site. Strong understanding of solar PV systems and project lifecycle management. Knowledge of relevant safety, environmental, and construction regulations. _______________________________________
