Job Title: Construction Manager
Job Description

As a Construction Manager, you will oversee and manage a variety of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Develop and implement project plans and schedules.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.Utilize CAD/REVIT for project design and planning.Manage budget and financial aspects of construction projects.Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.Apply various project delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build and Design/Build.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or other related technical field.Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably on airport projects.Experience with projects exceeding $50 million in value.Proven ability to perform in a management capacity.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.Ability to work in CAD or REVIT.Additional Skills & QualificationsMaster's degree preferred.Optional certifications may include AAAE, PE, PMP, AICP, or other relevant professional licensure and certifications.Work Environment

The role may require working past regular work shifts and various shifts as needed.
