Job Title: Construction Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager to supervise all on-site construction activities. This role involves ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards. The Construction Manager will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations, conducting regular site meetings, and developing and managing schedules for field carpenters.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.Handle day-to-day operations of construction projects.Conduct regular site meetings with subcontractors, carpenters, and other on-site personnel.Develop and manage daily and weekly schedules for field carpenters, ensuring optimal deployment across projects.Conduct site inspections regularly.Coordinate with all personnel involved in the projects.Essential SkillsExperience in construction management.Experience managing commercial projects.Knowledge of construction, commercial construction, and change orders.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience can substitute.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00
