About the Opportunity\:

We are looking for talented and enthusiastic Construction Manager who is keen to join Jacobs to complement our existing project delivery team. The Construction Manager is accountable for the supervision, direction and monitoring of day-to-day operation on site, ensuring that all contractors are coordinated and working effectively to the delivery program. The candidate will aid in delivering projects to our key clients and driving the growth of our business in this sector by managing the following tasks\: 

Coordinating a workforce of multi-disciplined tradesmen and subcontractors; Managing projects in accordance with the CDM regulations 2015; Developing Safe Systems of work and RAMS; Procuring materials to ensure the continuation of work for the workforce; Engaging and developing strong relationships with client managers, Jacobs workforce and the construction team; Managing and taking hands on ownership of delivery from inception to completion, prioritizing safety, schedule, and cost to deliver benefits to the wider Jacobs; Ensuring delivery teams adhere to the Client and Company requirements and the Company’s policies and processes; Reporting progress and issues to Senior Leadership. *
