Summary: Seeking a Construction Manager with extensive experience in managing large capital projects and expertise in construction management or engineering.

Job Requirements:

BS Degree in Construction Management or Engineering

10+ years of experience

Experience managing $100 million dollar projects

Ability to read and review engineering and construction drawings

Preferred Skills:

PE License

Experience in Med/pharma/life science facilities

Proficiency with CAD drawings

Job Responsibilities:

Act as liaison with client and architectural/engineering firm

Provide engineering/design leadership, answer questions, review drawings and blueprints

Ensure adherence to client standards in all project drawings

Manage multiple large projects with various sub-projects

Pay Details: $105.00 to $110.00 per hour
