ABOUT THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

The primary responsibility of the Construction Manager is to manage new restaurant construction projects from start to finish ensuring projects are delivered on time, per scope, and on budget.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST

Manage new restaurant construction project from start to finish, including site investigation due diligence, work letter and lease review, internal budgeting, and construction management. Collaborate with the design team to test fits, schematic design, design development, construction drawings, permitting, bidding, and construction administration. Manage third party architects and vendors ensuring company design requirements and deadlines are met. Create and maintain projects schedules. Ensure a seamless handoff from new deal, to design, too construction. Manage procurement of owner provided FF&E including inventory, invoicing, logistics, and deployment of found goods for restaurants. Oversee remodel projects in existing restaurants.  Coordinate with Operations to ensure back of house, kitchen, and storage requirements are met. Coordinate with Facilities and Operations to help monitor ongoing needs of existing restaurants providing input where needed. Manage multiple projects at once.
