Construction Manager

1. Oversees execution of Civil construction project activities, as assigned, for achieving quantitative, qualitative and time
based targets
2. Ensures that project execution activities are in accordance with the project specifications set by the client, Policies /
Guidelines / Systems and procedures laid down by the company and complying laws, rules and directives of Central /
State Govt.
3. Reviews and monitors all the activities related to the civil construction project carried out at site
4. Organizes mobilization of manpower for carrying out the assignment and the demobilization on completion of the same
5. Assigns, allocates work / tasks to all the staff and oversees all aspects of the day-to-day management of the project
execution including site management
6. Optimizes utilization of resources at site
7. Verifies and checks the material delivered at site along with relevant documents and notifies any shortage or
discrepancies to the concerned departments at Head Office
8. Collates and reports project status, compliance etc. to the management, as required
9. Coordinates with customer / client periodically regarding the progress of work at site
10. Verifies all drawings and documents related to Civil construction project execution ensuring all the works are carried
out as per the relevant specifications/requirements
11. Organizes and oversees measurement of work executed and provides the details to Head Office for preparation of bills
12. Submits invoicing plan to the management
13. Plans and organizes Monthly Review Meeting with Consultant & Client
14. Adheres to Quality and Safety Policies and guidelines

Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma - Civil

Experience: Minimum 15 years experience in same sector
