Job Title: Construction Manager Job Description We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, CAPEX projects, and brownfield developments. Responsibilities + Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. + Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. + Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors and subcontractors. + Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. + Manage project budgets and expenditures. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers. Essential Skills + Extensive experience in construction management. + Proven track record of managing CAPEX projects. + Experience with brownfield developments. + Strong understanding of construction processes and procedures. + Excellent project management skills. + Ability to coordinate and supervise contractors and subcontractors. + Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Relevant certifications in construction management or related fields. + Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Work Environment The work environment for this role involves both office and on-site work. The candidate must be prepared to work in various weather conditions and ensure compliance with all safety standards. Typical work hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and evenings as required to meet project deadlines.
