Job Title: Construction Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Manager to join our construction management team on a full-time basis for a 6 month assignment in Callao, VA. The initial focus will be on overseeing a Civil Contractors performing cleanup and remediation on a solar site that has already been completed. Following this project, you will have the capability to join our team directly and stay with us for the next project we have lined up in James City County. Candidates should have experience in construction management or as a superintendent, with experience in either civil or environmental oversight. Experience in supporting solar projects is not required but considered a plus. The role involves managing the work of a civil subcontractor, addressing their questions, and taking daily/weekly progress reports using Procore software. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

The role involves working in the field at one project site VA. The ability to go to other job sites in VA after completion of this project will allow for longevity with the company and a stable long term role within the company. The work schedule typically mirrors the hours of the subcontractors being overseen. This position offers an opportunity to work for a respected solar EPC in the VA area, with prospects for career advancement and involvement in exciting renewable energy projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00
