Construction Manager

Insight Global is searching for a Construction Manager to support our client in Anchorage AK. This role requires 50%-70% travel across Alaska and the remaining time remote. The Construction Manager is responsible for managing large projects, developing and implementing projects, programs, and procedures that have a general organizational impact. The role requires providing functional and technical guidance to junior staff while fostering teamwork within the area of responsibility. The Construction Manager will manage a wide variety of projects, ensuring all are completed on schedule and within budget.
Essential Duties:
45% Contract and manage outside consultants and contractors.
15% Create project scope of work (SOW) and bill of materials (BOM), and oversee and participate in the procurement of materials.
10% Develop and maintain project budgets.
10% Develop and maintain project schedules, including traditional Gantt and PERT charts.
10% Support and define project scopes with internal and external customers, and oversee and participate in the development and resourcing of materials.
10% Ensure complete documentation of projects.
