Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: Napa, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 1+ year contract + extensions

Required Skills:

- 2+ years' experience

- Engineering or Construction Background or overall Project/field experience

- Maintaining Schedules

- Excel - Heavy in excel and data entry

Run reports, filter data, pull reports, etc.

- SAP

- Budgeting - getting bids and estimates out, change orders, project tracking, etc.

- Great communication - going to be coordinating with lots of different parties and stakeholders

- Detail oriented, task oriented, go getter
