Construction Manager
Job Description The role of the Construction Manager is to oversee several projects for a major public/municipal client. They will be focused on projects related to roads, bridges, and underground utilities. Day to day this individual will generally be in the field at construction sites and ensuring delivery of large capital improvement plans through various stages of the process, from pre-planning to close out. The ideal candidate will have great communication and collaboration skills, maintaining a strong relationship with the client and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. The salary will range from $135k-160k depending on background, experience, and education. Skills and Requirements - Bachelor's degree in engineering - Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) - 5 - 10 years of experience working as an Owner's Rep or Program Manager - 10 - 20 years experience managing the design, construction or program management of municipal roads, bridges or stormwater/drainage projects - Strong knowledge of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a variety of stakeholders - South Florida project experience highly preferred - Project Management Professional (PMP) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
