Construction Manager / Digital Delivery Lead

Assist the entire project team with construction management support on water/wastewater, transportation, aviation projects, and other civil infrastructure-related projects. Perform Project Engineering support that includes contract administration processes for RFI, Submittals, and change orders. Support inspections of related construction activities under the supervision of the Sr. Construction Manager, Resident Engineer (RE), or Lead Inspector. Document all construction contractor activities as they relate to work performed under the construction contract. Identify plan errors, site condition changes, or necessary field adjustments that are observed and make appropriate recommendations to the Project Manager or RE. Support the project team in managing field construction activities for K-12 project and others. Activities will include management and tracking of submittals, field documentation, RFIs, proposals, contracts, invoices, contractor pay application and change orders while operating within a fast-paced project schedule. Support all pre-construction and post-construction activities, including payments, as built drawings, and overall closeout with the help of technical software applications - Bluebeam Studio/Session, Trimble, Prolog, Microsoft Office, Outlook, MS Teams. Design software - AutoCAD and Revit. AEC Coordination software - Revizto, Navisworks, BIM360 and ACC. Various construction technologies, two or more from the following: BIM, Drones/360 laser scanning. Work with colleagues and contractors to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
Telecommuting is allowed.
TRAVEL: Work at project locations and conduct site visits/ attend meetings within the Denver metro area.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Construction Management and Technology, Architecture, Civil Engineering or closely related field, plus 3 years of work experience as a Construction Manager or closely related occupation. As an alternative, the employer will accept: Master degree or foreign equivalent in Construction Management and Technology, Architecture, Civil Engineering or closely related field, plus 1 year of work experience as a Construction Manager or closely related occupation.
SPECIFIC SKILLS: Required expertise/ knowledge includes: Construction coordination software - Bluebeam Studio/Session, Procore/ Trimble or similar, and Microsoft Office, Outlook, Microsoft Teams. Design software - AutoCAD and Revit. AEC Coordination software - Revizto, Navisworks, BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud. Various other construction technologies, BIM, or Drones/360 laser scanning. Applying workplace safety requirements; experience maintaining up to date knowledge regarding governmental and industry standard workplace safety requirements. Project Engineering support processes, including contract administration processes for RFI, Submittals, and change orders. Construction project inspections to identify plan errors, site condition changes, or necessary field adjustments. Project Management support processes, including tracking of submittals, field documentation, RFIs, proposals, contracts, invoices, contractor pay application and change orders while operating within a fast-paced project schedule. Pre-construction and post-construction activities, including payments, as built drawings, and overall closeout.
