JOB SUMMARY:
Primary responsibility for coordinating the activities of new home construction in multi-story buildings in accordance with the Company’s standards and process Ensures construction schedules, safety, SWPPP, quality standards, and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the construction process Also serves as a key member of the feasy team concerning product, specifications and design.
 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Validate schedule progression and adherence.Work with the team to share feedback and improve planning activities, including, but not limited to:Vendor coaching and performance feedback through schedule and quality recordablesDesign quality, materials management, budget accuracy, and take-off accuracyManage the customer experience throughout the construction process through close of houseCollaborate with trade partners throughout the construction process to improve quality and efficiencyBuild sustainable relationships of trust with the homeowner through open and interactive communicationInterface with Sales personnel to manage neighborhood and customer activities and referralsEnsure job sites adhere to company safety and SWPPP standardsAssist in resolving issues/conflicts related to daily construction activities (e.g., vendor contracts, work orders, job progress, design)Authorize payment for materials received and work completedEnsure trade partner work is completed on time and within defined standards for qualityCollaborate with Process Improvement, Resource Planning, and Purchasing in construction processesInspect/validate workmanship and product quality to conform to Company standards.

Must be able to climb ladders, scaffolding and other means to reach and observe all areas of buildingAbility to work in various weather conditions – heat, rain, cold, etc.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalentBachelor’s Degree in Construction or Engineering preferredValid Driver’s License because driving is an essential function of this position. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 2-4 years of construction experience or equivalentMinimum of 1 year at Field Manager II or equivalentAbility to manage construction processes in a high-production environmentAbility to manage trade performanceAbility to control cost overruns and manage a budgetStrong verbal and written communicationStrong ability to read blueprintsStrong knowledge of municipal permitting and regulationsStrong knowledge of building codesStrong knowledge of construction-related software (E-Schedule)Basic computer skillsDemonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction

PAY RANGE

$95,700 - $119,600 per yearHired applicant will be eligible to receive incentives
