By joining Jacobs, you’ll commit to supporting and engaging with these teams, as we work to build a company like no other. • Bachelor’s degree in in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree • 15 + years of experience in managing construction projects related to Life Science, Industrial and/or Commercial facilities • Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building • Demonstrated expert knowledge of Civil, Structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, with an emphasis on Storm Water processing systems and applications. • Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE), or Project Management Professional (PMP) Ideally, you’ll also have: • Master’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, but not required • Pharmaceutical experience preferred • Strong communications skills • Lean construction delivery experience and ability to adapt to lean methods • OSHA 30 training a plus • Ability to learn and use construction software (such Autodesk Construction Cloud) • Ability to collaborate in planning, design, construction, and commissioning • Ability to manage turnover processes and ensure walkdown facilitation #LifeSciences, #Bio/Pharma, #EPCMV, #globallifescience Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
