Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage the construction of custom luxury homes. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the construction process, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the construction process, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.Compile estimates and bids for projects.Oversee all construction activities and ensure safety protocols are followed.Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other professionals.Manage costs, budgets, and timelines in accordance with project specifications.Ensure that all construction is in accordance with building codes and regulations.Address all issues and concerns related to construction.Communicate with stakeholders on progress and any obstacles encountered.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience as a construction manager or superintendent.Extensive experience in the construction of custom luxury homes.Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.Benefits
