Construction Manager - Remote Site Supervisor looking to join the world leader in water solutions
Construction Manager. Wastewater Treatment: This role can be based anywhere in the United States and will require travel to customer construction sites across the US. In this role, you will oversee the on-site construction activities for wastewater treatment facilities. 10+ years construction management in an industrial environment, such an O&G refinery, chemical plant, power plant, or mine. 10+ years on large industrial/Petro Chemical treatment facilities Expert in reading & understanding Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, blueprints, proposals, and contracts. Additional Details: 80% travel to job sites in the US, Vehicle is provided

**Core Responsibilities and Tasks**
+ People management skills - must
+ Oversees Waste Water Treatment construction sites, general contractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety
+ Ensure the maintenance of a hazard-free work environment and safe operations
+ Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals, procedures, and standard construction practices
+ Provides technical support to Project Managers
+ Assists in managing and reviewing the progress of contractor's construction schedules.
+ Attend client meetings as needed
+ Lead interface with local onsite Customer if/when Project Manager is not present
+ Position Requirements
Position Requirements
+ BS Construction Management (Preferred), or related discipline.
+ 10 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
+ Site leader in safety
+ Proficiency in MS Office suite and construction technology; familiarity with EPC industry practices.
+ Risk assessment/management
+ Must be able to multitask.
+ Effective communication, and presentation skills
+ Ability to read, understand, and direct work based on engineering drawings, schematics and construction documents

Salary range:
$93,900.00 - $169,000.00
