We are seeking a Construction Manager/Resident Project Representitive to help oversee and manage a WWTF System Improvements Project.

Responsibilities Responsible for budget monitoring, construction quality and safety on the project sitePrepares monthly contract status reports, budget reviews, amendment requests and negotiationsResponsible for working as a team with the contractor, client, field team and designerResponsible for review of work, rejection of defective work, inspections and testingDaily report writingResponsible for preparation of meeting agendas and portions of proposals Qualifications 10+ years experience including a lead role in $30 million or greater wastewater treatment facility projectCompletion of OSHA 10-hour safety course and other construction safety trainingThorough understanding of construction management processes and in-depth financial understanding of construction managementAbility to communicate effectively with clients, contractors and lead engineer/project team, and deliver high quality services within budget and schedule constraintsHighly motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and be extremely organizedWorking knowledge of construction management software including Primavera P6 and Microsoft ProjectWorking knowledge and understanding of construction methods, standards, specifications and plansStrong oral and written communications skillsStrong computer and internet skillsProficient in MS Word and ExcelHigh School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications Associate of Science or Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction related programProficient in Document Management Systems (i.e. Procore, Bentley PW/EADoc, etc.)OSHA 30-hour safety courseCertified Construction Manager or ability to obtain certification
Pay Range
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
