**Description:** Looking to bring on Hybrid techncian/construction materials handler to the team, with a company who offers Storage units to various construction companies in the bay area. This opportunity is with a well known company who provide mobile units to construction companies, providing mobile office space. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience with refurbishing homes, building homes, has experience within skill trades such as Carpentry, Plumbing, and Electrical. The main role is to use those skill sets to ensure the mobile units and offices are repaired, cleaned and ready to be shipped out to each client. Day to Day Duties: • Will meet with the team and be assigned various task on what to do that day • Majority of the work will be done either working on the units, or on yard projects, which can be useful as training to get more experience with hands on work • Task will include cleaning, sweeping and hose out all of the dirtiness that was left prior to units being returned • Replacing Tiles/Epoxy Flooring after replacing making sure floors are clean and ready to go • Repairing Drywall Holes, patching and holes and being able to Paint after holes are patched up • Replacing Lightbulbs, locks, blinds, door handles • Must be able to document work after completing and verify anything that will require additional work The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a construction/production environment while also being detail oriented and preferably possess some inventory experience as a good portion of their role will be assisting with cycle counts, inventory management, and organization of various storage areas around the facility. **Skills:** power tool, carpentry, drywall, remodeling, sheetrock, repair, framer, power drill, turnovers, warehouse packing, warehouse inventory, plumbing, construction, blueprint reading, refurbishing, electrical **Top Skills Details:** power tool,carpentry,drywall,remodeling,sheetrock,repair,framer,power drill,turnovers,warehouse packing,warehouse inventory **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** Additional Plus is having a Technician that has experience working in Home Remodels, Home Refurbishing, New Construction and service work. Experience with hands on work in construction would cross over perfectly as majority of the refurbish work aligns with new construction.
