Job Title: Construction Materials Technician Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Construction Materials Technician to join our team, focusing on concrete testing for educational and commercial projects. Your primary responsibilities will include: + Documenting test findings on an iPad. + Effectively communicating with on-site superintendents. + Reading blueprints and writing engineering reports, which is highly beneficial. Key Skills: + ACI Certification + Expertise in concrete testing + Willingness to travel + Experience in construction materials testing + Proficiency with nuclear gauge and nuclear density testing + Soil testing knowledge Top Skills Details: + ACI Certification + Concrete testing + Travel + Construction materials testing + Nuclear gauge + Nuclear density + Soil testing Additional Skills & Qualifications: Required: + ACI certification or Troxler Certification. + At least 6 months of experience working as a construction materials tester. + Solid understanding of concrete testing (required), with soil testing experience as a plus. + Willingness to accept Per Diem if open to traveling roles.
