Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for conducting routine laboratory testing of construction materials including concrete, aggregates, asphalt, soils, steel and rebar, and masonry. You will meticulously prepare specimens for testing and upholding high standards of quality control under the guidance of senior technical staff. Collaborating with the team, you will work towards obtaining technician certifications from industry organizations such as the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT), Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), and the American Concrete Institute (ACI). Maintaining precise records of testing procedures, operating laboratory equipment, and actively engaging in ongoing training for skill enhancement will be integral to your success in contributing to the overall efficiency of the laboratory.
