We're looking for individuals with strong initiative, who will perform construction observation and materials testing services on various projects to verify conformance to construction plans and specifications.

 

Specific responsibilities include:

Following proper proceduresCompleting work in a timely mannerPrepare daily field observation reports and materials testing data sheetsPerforming accurate computationsMaintaining cordial relationships with coworkers, clients, contractors, etc.

 

This position may require travel from time to time.

 

Consideration for this position requires the following certifications or experience: 

1 year minimum of construction materials testing or inspection experienceACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician – Grade 1Radiation safety training for the operation of a nuclear density gauge1 year minimum of soils observation and testingHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license with a good driving recordAble to use a company provided laptop or tablet computer and a working knowledge of MS Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)A good work ethic and high level of personal integrityAuthorization to work in the United States

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with California Pay Scale Disclosure Law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
