National Accounts Project Manager

Construction company in southwest Charlotte looking for a National Accounts Project Manager to join their team and support large-scale clients. Contract to hire. Pay: 60K. Regular business hours.

Responsibilities

Aid in success of the National Account Department's project coordination efforts providing proposals, project related documents, installer & schedule coordination.

Successful project coordinator will identify a project leads, prepare comprehensive action plans including resources, time frames, and budgets for projects.

Working closely with project manager, the project coordinator will perform various task including estimating, bidding, identifying needs and providing proper documentation and literature, guiding all project participants.

Track projects process through planning, implementation, monitoring, and closing will be part of the day to day.

Essential Duties:

Administration:

- Work with National Accounts department team members to communicate and maintain current documents.

- Ensure all Customers have most up to date and current information, and are following the procurement process developed as part of our National Accounts Program.

- Support team efforts in fielding email/phone call requests related to the National Accounts program to ensure all customers receive attention in a timely manner

- Learn and adhere to current processes within assigned programs, recommending changes to process/workflows to Director of National Accounts; assist with implementation of approved changes.

Data Entry/IT:

- Continuous update of Customer contact information in Odoo CRM

- Data entry, communication of, and updates to projects/leads/opportunities into Odoo CRM

- Assist Director of National Accounts with training and development relative to our Odoo software system

Training: -

- Channel as many potential installation companies as possible to Allied's National Training Center for install training and new install crew approvals.

- Assist with communications and coordination of training for new installers under the National Accounts Program.

Estimates/Takeoff/Bidding:

- Produce accurate takeoffs and material estimates to assigned NA customer base

- Record bids in our Odoo CRM, updating within Allied's systems as order timing/status changes.

- Manage incoming requests for bid for assigned National Account customers.

Order Management:

- Manage incoming order requests via entry and proper assignment into Odoo CRM

- Assist Director of National Accounts appoint proper work flow to incoming order sets

- Order entry into QuickBooks or Odoo

- Produce Work Orders, distribute to Jonesville manufacturing plant to initiate packing.

- Facilitate communication with customers relative to freight coordination/shipping

- Help guide logistics personnel to ensure on time and accurate deliveries.

- Help ensure Customers have updated installation related documents i.e Lookbooks, site checklists, materials handling instruction, project drawings, etc.)

- Assist with preparation and proof checking all invoices prior to passing along to accounting for processing & collection.

Qualifications, Education, Knowledge & Experience:

- Experience in prior role(s) in construction and/or manufacturing

- Prior account management experience

- Working experience with Microsoft Office and Google Drive including Excel/Sheets, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint. QuickBooks knowledge helpful

- CRM experience helpful; Odoo

- Construction docs, blueprint reading helpful, but not necessary.

- Freight shipping experience helpful

- Self-starting, attention to detail, willingness to learn
