**Overview** Kimley-Horn is looking for a Construction Observer to join our Fort Myers, Florida (FL) office! This is not a remote position. **Responsibilities** + Provide construction related services for civil engineering projects during design, bidding and construction phases. + Construction phase responsibilities include construction scheduling and contractor schedule review, progress meetings, submittal review, construction inspection and observation, time impact analysis, project closeout, and project documentation. **Qualifications** + 3+ year of construction related experience + High School Diploma or equivalent + Construction Management knowledge + Excellent verbal and written communication + Ability to apply technical skills to meet project demands and solve problems for our clients + Positive attitude and an impressive work ethic + Clear sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines + Attention to details and ability to contribute to a positive work environment + Passion and demonstrated drive to achieve goals **Why Kimley-Horn?** At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
