Construction Observer- Ashley

Description

Seeking motivated candidates for a Construction Observer to provide field service support for growing portfolio of PV infrastructure. The candidate will cover a region of operation and handle multiple projects sites assisting Construction Superintendents. The candidate must have the ability to travel from site to site in their operational area. The Construction Observer may also be called on to assist in site walks and quality inspections as directed by the Construction Superintendent in their region or the Director of Construction.

Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety/regulatory policies and procedures

• Measure productivity standards for contractors and subs

• Assist Construction Superintendents in developing a 3 week look ahead schedule and work with project team to ensure schedule is met

• Record deliveries and verify quantity count

• Reviews plans and specifications

• Complete administration tasks given by the project team

• Conduct on site inspections, including but not limited to civil, safety, mechanical, and electrical inspections

• Assist with on site repairs to project sites

• Ensure site cleanliness

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
