HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DOProvide administrative support for Construction Management and Field SupervisorsMaintain rate sheets for all projectsReview and reconcile payroll dataCompile and file public reporting requirements, Davis Bacon and other payroll reportsTrack equipment utilizationCross Train for the many duties of the Construction Administration Coordinator Learn and put into practice safe working practices and compliance with all policies and regulations; as well as identify and assist in correcting unsafe conditionsPerform other administrative tasks as assignedHERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelPayroll experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; 2 yr. degree preferredSolid organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-task and flexibility to adapt to changing business situationsStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to work extended hours and irregular schedulesAbility to sit for long periods of time, stand and lift boxes occasionallyNo search firms please.
